When expert calls have gone ahead, the expert is moved to the 'Completed Connections' tab. If you navigate to the “completed connections” tab of the platform and choose an expert, on the right-hand side you will see “downloads” and a list of files available to you. These will include an audio recording, a medical transcript, an AI call summary, and the screener responses. We can also upload the video recording for you, just email your Project Manager.
