How can I re-book or find an expert my company has engaged before?

There are two methods you can use to speak to an expert again.

If you know which expert you would like to speak to:

Navigate to the completed connections tab, locate the expert you’d like to re-engage and click on the ‘speak to this expert again’ button

If you do not have a specific expert in mind, but would like to engage with someone about a specific topic:

You can use Omnisearch to do this. It allows you to search across all previous expert engagements your company has undertaken, provided you own the IP (not your end client).
At the top of your screen, there is a search bar that you can use like Google.
- Type an expert's name, an expertise, a geography, an affiliation, or a type of expert you’re wanting to speak with, and Omnisearch will return all experts that match your criteria.
From this list, you can download call recordings and transcripts, read their biographies, and request another call at the click of a button.
