An expert hasn't shown up to a call – what do I do?

Please report your expert no-show as soon as possible.


In the Project Portal, you can report this through the 'Report expert no show' button.  The button will show in the project portal immediately before, during and straight after your call scheduled time, under your expert's name.  


On submission, this will immediately notify your project team who will reach out immediately to the expert and try and get hold of them them as soon as possible.



Alternatively, you can email callsupport@techspert.com and the team in copy will reach out on behalf of your project delivery team.
