When will I receive a calendar invite?

For calls hosted on Techspert lines: You’ll receive a calendar invite within 15 minutes of confirming a time.

For manually scheduled calls (such as multi-expert calls, focus groups, or those hosted on your own conference line): the invite is sent once the time is confirmed with the expert - and no later than the next working day if confirmed outside business hours.
