How do I edit published questions?

You can edit published questions directly in your Data Capture sheet — whether you’re refining wording, updating context, or fixing a typo.

1. Click the ‘Edit’ button next to your sheet name.
2. Add, edit, delete, or reorder questions as needed.
3. When saving, select the questions you want to regenerate answers for.

When you save your edits, you’ll have the option to regenerate answers for any updated questions. This ensures responses stay accurate if the meaning of a question has changed.

Only responses for the questions you choose to regenerate will be replaced.
