We strongly recommend choosing "Summarized" format. Here's why:
- Verbatim - contains filler words and can be confusing due to the data capture pulling all relevant material from the call in an unstructured format.
- Time savings - Verbatim format can triple the amount of time needed for manual post-processing and cleanup.
- Client presentation - Summarised format is more suitable for presenting to clients
- Reference access - you can still access the original verbatim content through reference buttons when needed in the summarized output format.
